Function
They are looking for an experienced, high-performing receptionist to join them on a full-time and permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not always limited to):
Greet clients and candidates and notify relevant people of your arrival
Always maintain professionalism and a customer-centric approach
Answer calls, receive phone messages and transfer calls as needed
Keep reception areas and meeting rooms clean and present
Manage meeting room reservations, assist with room reservation requests, and reallocate rooms as needed to support the smooth running of the reception area
Provide assistance with facility management requests
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Candidate
To succeed, you’ll need solid front-office experience, preferably in professional services, and a proactive approach to work.
To be successful in this receptionist role, the following attributes are also required:

Requirements for this role:
Ideally, you haveor are completing a Bachelor’s Degree, or Diploma in Dermatology.
Previous experience in dermatological treatments.
Experience in conducting effective skin consultations, developing individualized treatment plans, and recommending and selling skin care products.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar is highly appreciated.

Conduct in-depth skin consultations and formulate treatment plans for clients.
Provides advanced skin treatments.
Assist doctors in patient photography and surgery.
