We recruit on behalf of a leading independent Australian law firm with approximately 1,000 employees across the country.

Function
This receptionist position is based in the Office Services team in Melbourne and you will work closely with the Office Services team to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a true customer-facing front-office function that requires minimal administrative tasks.
Receptionist duties may include (but are not limited to):
Greet visitors/customers, order drinks and take a seat
Manage meeting rooms and any conflicting bookings
Backup for incoming call centers during quiet hours
Maintain the lobby and waiting areas
General housekeeping duties, including keeping reception areas tidy, processing security passes for interstate visitors, and reserving visitor parking spaces as needed.
About you
Selected candidates will have the following attributes:
Proven experience in front office roles in any industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident Microsoft Office User
Great attention to detail and high organizational skills
