NextSense has an excellent opportunity to have an Administrative Assistant join their team in Toowoomba. This is a permanent part-time role working 24 hours a week, reporting directly to the Regional Manager on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You would change this function by:

Provide high quality customer service as the first point of contact for all visiting clients, families and inquiries

Ensure the day-to-day smooth running of front desk services while providing administrative support to other NextSense services

Relationships with customers, visitors and external partners such as hospitals, cochlear implant providers and other relevant healthcare professionals

Effectively use electronic client management systems to schedule appointments, keep records, and bill clients

Assist in monitoring service contracts for customers funded by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Provides support to NextSense therapists such as journal management, assistance with tasks and operational projects
