A typical day:

Provide an in-store experience that inspires customers to “get there” and remain loyal to the brand and LIVE ONCE

Square Eftpos terminal operations and cash handling

Engage with customers to share your product knowledge and experience

Keep up to date with current and new products coming to the line

Work in a team environment to achieve goals together

Receive, replenish and sell as needed

To be suitable for this role, you must have:

Proven customer service skills from previous roles

interest in the outdoor lifestyle

Retail sales experience (preferably fashion)

Proactive, energetic and up for a challenge

Ability to think independently with a positive sales attitude

As an ALDI Retail Associate, you will have a wide range of products at your disposal wherever you go. Whether you’re filling shelves for customers or scanning merchandise, you’ll be trained to handle multiple roles in your store. Don’t worry, no previous retail experience is required. The store is open every week of the week (including weekends and holidays). With shifts that can start as early as 6 am and end as late as 10 pm, traveling safely is important, so you need reliable transport.
